As a dedicated energy healing practitioner with a background in nursing, I understand the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit. My nursing experience enhances my ability to support your health and healing journey, allowing me to appreciate how our physical and energetic systems interact. While I am a registered nurse, please note that I do not provide nursing or medical services in this capacity. Instead, my focus is on restoring balance to the natural flow of energy within your body.

In our energy healing sessions, I may use gentle touch or work just above your body, depending on what feels right for you. The primary goal of each session is to help balance and enhance your energy flow, promote relaxation, and support your body’s innate ability to heal itself. I primarily utilize the Eden Method, which serves as the foundation of my practice. Additionally, I am trained in Reiki and have received training in Healing Touch, which I may incorporate into our sessions when appropriate.

Each session is a personalized experience tailored to your unique energy needs, ensuring that you receive the support that resonates with you. For those who prefer virtual sessions, rest assured that they are conducted similarly to in-person sessions, with techniques applied from a distance, allowing you to experience the benefits of energy healing wherever you are.

Alicia is a compassionate and skilled Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP) with a profound dedication to supporting others on their healing journeys. With 19 years of experience as a nurse, Alicia brings a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit to her practice. She holds a Master of Science degree in Complementary and Integrative Health from Drexel University, is a board-certified holistic nurse (HNB-BC), and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Additionally, her training in Reiki and Healing Touch further enriches her holistic approach to wellness.

Alicia’s transition into complementary and integrative health was inspired by her years in home health care, where she witnessed the incredible resilience of patients seeking alternative methods for healing and symptom management. These experiences ignited her passion for exploring holistic modalities such as meditation, yoga, aromatherapy, and energy healing. Her journey is both professional and deeply personal, rooted in a desire to empower individuals to connect with their innate capacity for healing.
